Equipping Families to Walk in God’s Promises
At Proleptic Family Church, we believe family is the first place where faith is formed, nurtured, and lived out. Our Family Ministry exists to come alongside parents, grandparents, and guardians with practical tools, biblical guidance, and a clear pathway for discipling the next generation.
We call this the pathway The Faith Path. This is a 12 step journey designed to help families lead their children toward a lifelong relationship with Jesus. In partnership with Empowered Homes, we provide resources, coaching, and intentional moments that help faith take root in everyday life.
What Is the Faith Path?
The Faith Path is a simple, intentional plan that helps parents guide their children’s spiritual growth from birth to adulthood. Each step focuses on a key milestone or spiritual practice, giving families age‑appropriate tools to grow in Christ together.
Our 12 Faith Path steps include:
- Parent Dedication — Committing to raise your child in a Christ‑centered home
- Family Time — Building rhythms of connection, conversation, and discipleship
- Blessing — Speaking life, identity, and Scripture over your children
- Prepare to Lead Your Child to Christ — Understanding salvation and guiding your child with confidence
- Prayer — Teaching children to talk with God daily
- Bible — Helping kids love and understand God’s Word
- Worship — Forming hearts that respond to God with praise
- Giving & Serving — Shaping a lifestyle of generosity and compassion
- Purity — Guiding children toward God‑honoring choices
- Preparing for Adolescence — Navigating the transition with wisdom and grace
- Rite of Passage — Marking the move into young adulthood with purpose
- Launch — Sending young adults into the world with faith, identity, and mission
Each step includes practical tools, conversations, and resources from Empowered Homes to help parents lead confidently at home.
